St. Mary's knocked-off #9 Stanford 5-3 in the second upset of Wednesday night. Freshman righthander Kyle Barraclough held Stanford (3-2-1) to three hits in five innings in his collegiate debut. The Gaels are (3-1).
It was the second upset of Wednesday night after Centenary College (1-1) earlier knocked-off #4 Texas A & M (5-1) 8-4.

UC Riverside (3-1) pounded #21 UCLA (2-3) 11-1.
Arkansas (4-1) used a walk-off home run by Jacob House to beat Kansas (2-3) 9-8 in 10 innings. Kansas pitcher Shaeffer Hall, who pitched a no-hitter in the Jayhawk's season-opener, gave-up two unearned runs in five innings in his first outing since the gem.
Lamar head coach Jim Gilligan got his 1,100th career win when his Cardinals beat Siena 6-1. Gilligan is in his 33rd year as head coach at Lamar.
